These general terms and conditions apply to the use of the website www.crash.events and all informative communication via this website. All information on this website is purely informational and non-binding.

No mention on this website has contractual or legal value. Only the terms and prices included in written offers or agreements are binding. Information about artists, availability and pricing on this website is indicative and may be changed without prior notice.

Booking requests via the website are non-binding and do not constitute a binding agreement. A booking is only final after written confirmation by Crash Events and the signing of an individual agreement by both parties. All concrete arrangements regarding compensation, cancellation terms, technical requirements and other conditions are laid down in the individual agreement.

All content on this website — text, layout, logos, graphic elements, photos and videos — is protected by copyright. Nothing may be copied, reproduced or used commercially without the explicit written permission of Crash Events or Kodeer bv.

Photos and videos taken by the artists, their entourage or Crash Events may be used as promotional material across all channels of the artist and/or Crash Events, unless otherwise agreed.

Crash Events processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data collected through contact forms or booking requests is used exclusively for processing your request and delivering our services.

We do not share your data with third parties, except when necessary for the execution of an agreement (e.g., sharing contact details with a booked artist).

Crash Events cannot be held liable for:

• Interpretations of the content on this website
• Expectations that are not contractually established
• Any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of this website
• Technical malfunctions or unavailability of the website

By submitting an application through the artist application form on this website, the applicant acknowledges the following:

• Agency model: Crash Events operates as a booking agency and always applies an agency fee on top of the artist fee for bookings. The amount of this fee is determined in an individual agreement.
• No guarantee of acceptance: Crash Events reserves the right to decline applications without stating a reason.
• Evaluation: Crash Events evaluates applications based on technical skills, musical quality, professionalism and suitability for the network. Providing a video of at least 30 minutes showing the DJ's hands on the decks is required.
• Exclusivity: Any exclusivity arrangements are determined solely in an individual agreement and do not apply based on this application.
• Personal data: Submitted data is used exclusively for evaluating the application and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• No contractual value: This application does not constitute an agreement. All rights, obligations and arrangements are determined exclusively in an individual, written agreement between the artist and Crash Events.

Crash Events reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version is always available on this page.

These terms and the use of this website are exclusively governed by Belgian law. Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, only the courts of Sint-Niklaas, Belgium have jurisdiction.
